PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Cequent™ Performance Products Products is kicking off the New Year by transitioning its Tow Ready branded products. Many Tow Ready items will transition into various other brands within the company; but the majority of the Tow Ready electrical products will align with Tekonsha.
“The decision to move the Tow Ready electrical products into the Tekonsha brand was a team effort and really an easy choice. Tekonsha has been providing premiere brake controls for half a century and adding the vehicle connectivity intelligence to the Tekonsha lineup just makes sense,” said Becky Briggs, Product Manager. “I’m very excited to say that Tekonsha will now offer the most complete line of factory designed, highly engineered, “smart” electrical products in the trailer towing business.”
In addition to the most advanced brake controls on the market – Primus™ IQ, Prodigy® P2, P3®, Prodigy® RF and Voyager® – the Tekonsha brand will now include Cequent’s ModuLite® Trailer Light Power Modules, T-One® Connectors, and Brake Control Wiring Harnesses.
