Like this: How about a wild, smoky, sideways Formula DRIFT exhibition put on by champion driver Kyle “The Menace” Mohan? This Sunday afternoon the Long Beach driver is scheduled to push his screaming Mazda race car to the limit on the track that pro drifters around the world call: “The House of Drift”. Slippery stuff on a action-packed Sunday afternoon!

The young drivers of the Orange Show Quarter Midget Association (OSQMA) will also be on hand at Irwindale on Sunday afternoon to put on a demonstration race piloting the smallest machines in USAC. A non-profit organization, quarter midget racing is a very family oriented sport where the cars, rules and safety procedures are designed specifically for kids. Drivers aged 5 to 16 race on oval tracks approximately 1/20 of a mile in length, and safety features include full roll cages, multi-point seat harnesses, and full face helmets. Stand by for some Sunday afternoon MINI-open wheel excitement!
