On Friday, July 17th, Pivot unveils an all-new episode of Hit Record on TV With Joseph Gordon-Levitt, the groundbreaking, Emmy Award-winning variety show that each week addresses a theme, around which thousands of writers, musicians, celebrities, illustrators and animators from all over the world work together to create short films, songs, music videos, animation and more.
The latest installment, “RE: Your Mom,” explores all things maternal, with a touching look at mothers in the animal kingdom told through vibrant Claymation; an animated cartoon poking fun at overbearing ‘Helicopter Moms;’ a healthy dose of motherly advice; and a music video celebrating the sexier side of motherhood.
New episodes of Hit Record on TV With Joseph Gordon-Levitt debut Fridays at 10pm on Pivot, with an embeddable version of Joseph and The Gregory Brothers in “Sexy Motha” available here. Additionally, the animated short “Octopus Mom” can be found here.
