Shuman Produce, a Georgia-based company, is an industry leader in the production of Vidalia and Peruvian sweet onions. About Shuman Produce
Beginning with a family farm headquartered in the Vidalia growing region of Southeast Georgia nearly 30 years ago, Shuman Produce is proud to have grown into an industry leading grower and shipper of world-fam ous sweet onions. While Vidalia sweet onions are the benchmark of our business, their availability is seasonal. To ensure that only the best-tasting sweet onions are offered in grocery stores all year long, we also grow in Texas, California, New Mexico, Peru, Chile and Mexico to maintain a year-round sweet onion program to meet consumer demand. Still a family-owned business today, Shuman Produce.
