North American organisation Dignitas has announced the hire of Sean Finnegan, who will serve as Senior Producer of Branded Video.
Finnegan is a director and cinematographer who has created video content for gaming brands including 100 Thieves and IGN.

As Senior Producer of Branded Video, Finnegan will lead the ideation, production, and distribution of all sponsored and branded VOD/live stream content for Dignitas. He will also oversee the delivery of video experiences for the organisation’s partners and audience.
Finnegan spoke of his new position with Esports Insider, saying: “I’m amped to be joining Dignitas as Senior Producer. The organization has such a long history of excellence in competition and is dedicated to producing the best gaming content for audiences around the globe. It will be awesome to collaborate with the team and be part of that effort, and I can’t wait to start making amazing videos that Dig fans will love.”

Dignitas has made a number of strategic content-related hires recently including Creative Director John “TYPO” Williams and Director of Content Jereme Dempe. The organisation also partnered with streaming site HUYA to reach audiences in China.

Esports Insider says: At the rate in which Dignitas is ramping up its content team, it would not be surprising if the organisation announces a new series or documentary in the near future. Dignitas is recruiting top-level creative talent much in the same way it would its players, reflecting a level of dedication to the quality of future content.
