Wanda Hu, Founder of Armaggeddon, spoke on the arrangement in the release: “Armaggeddon has been supporting the esports industry in the often-overlooked Southeast Asia region for the last 10 years. We look forward to growing the esports scene in Southeast Asia and on an international level with EVOS Esports.”
In November 2019, EVOS Esports raised a total of $4.4 million (GBP3.38 million) in Series A investment in an attempt to capture the gaming market in Southeast Asia. EVOS Esports has worked with more than 30 brands, including the likes of TikTok and Lazada.
