This year, the data provider has entered agreements with Las Vegas-based gambling company GameCo, to deliver esports betting products in North America, and Live Media, to provide data for the Latin American tournament organiser’s broadcast products.
Moritz Maurer, CEO of GRID Esports, also commented: “Our vision to unlock the potential of official data and video from high-quality competitions by leveraging the digital nature of esports to provide value to the regulated betting market becomes realized when we partner with companies the likes of Allied Esports. GRID and our clients are ecstatic to utilize GRID’s industry-leading platform to enhance the already stellar Legend Series.”
Esports Insider says: The agreement will provide an enhanced experience for bookmakers looking to provide accurate information for their offerings for all Legend Series tournaments for the foreseeable future. GRID is continuously establishing a stronger presence in the data market and a deal such as this is an apt reminder of that.
