This partnership will see Major Events International help find marketing and sponsorship partners for the International Esports Federation’s Global Esports Executive Summit.

The Global Esports Executive Summit has been organised as a hybrid event with a limited number of live attendees in Busan, South Korea in November 2020. In keeping with globally recognised COVID-19 travel restrictions, the hybrid element of the event will allow delegates to join online while presentations and discussion will take place live in the new Busan Esports Stadium.
Andy Rice, COO of Major Events International, commented in a press release: “We are delighted to be working with the IESF to enhance their revenues and VIK support. Organizations like the IESF are looking for technological innovation and sustainable solutions that will mitigate risk, minimise cost and maximise stakeholder engagement- and therefore revenues. Our new partnership with IESF will undoubtedly provide new, and exciting solutions, and revenues for them.”

Earlier this month, the International Esports Federation announced that eight new members had joined its organisation. The addition of Chile, Ecuador, Jordan, Libya, Luxembourg, Mauritania, Monaco, and Slovenia increased the total number of member nations to 82.
Vlad Marinescu, President of International Esports Federation, added: “We are very excited to partner with MEI to find the best possible marketing and sponsorship partners for our 5th Global Esports Executive Summit 2020. MEI will support GEES revenues, allowing us to provide the Esports market with a forum to discuss the challenges and opportunities which face this fast-moving and innovative branch of sports events.”
Esports Insider says: Sponsorship is one of the main drivers of the global esports economy and so it comes as no surprise that the International Esports Federation is on the search for paying partners. Hopefully, it’ll find success with such an experienced non-endemic company on its side in Major Events International.
