The deal marks the first time Bitburger 0.0% will act as an official partner for an ESL event. The brand previously appeared as a supplier for ESL One Hamburg for the last two years, and in June, it was named as the exclusive refreshment partner of the ESL Meisterschaft national championship.
Bitburger 0.0% joins an extensive roster of partners and sponsors for ESL One Germany, including Intel, Mercedes-Benz, DHL, GG.BET, Acer Predator, and MTN DEW AMP GAME FUEL.

ESL One Germany will begin its third round of the group stage on October 9th. The tournament sees 16 teams from across the globe competing for a share of $400,000 (GBP307,008) in prize money. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, ESL will produce the tournament from a virtual studio, while the tournament will be played online.
Esports Insider says: Given the success of this regional partnership, it makes a lot of sense to expand it all of ESL’s Dota 2 operations in Germany. Bitburger 0.0% has played a part in many the tournament organiser’s events held in the region, and in a time where live events won’t be returning for the foreseeable future, it’s cool to see the partnership being maintained.
