SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Carbon Health, the technology-enabled healthcare provider, announced today that Silicon Valley executive and Carbon Health board member Russell Fradin joins the company full-time as Vice Chair. With more than 25 years of experience leading companies from their earliest stages through scaling and hypergrowth, Fradin will partner with CEO Eren Bali in driving business growth and bringing Carbon Health through its next phase of expansion. Carbon remains focused on scaling its footprint as a national healthcare provider.
“Russ brings a wealth of valuable experience, both as an angel investor and longtime board member of Carbon Health. He has been entrenched in what we’ve been building over the last six years to make great healthcare accessible,” said Eren Bali, co-founder and CEO of Carbon Health. “I’m thrilled to welcome him in this expanded capacity to help us usher in the next chapter of Carbon Health’s growth.”
Fradin co-founded and led two successful technology companies Dynamic Signal, where he currently serves as Chairman, and Adify, which was acquired by Cox Enterprises. Fradin has spent his career both driving and advising companies on growth and financial strategies, business development and operational excellence. He currently holds a seat on the CoachArt and Leanplum boards of directors, and he has previously served on the boards of Udemy, TubeMogul, among others.
“Carbon Health has established an approach to care delivery that is driving real impact by increasing accessibility and solving for healthcare inequity,” said Fradin. “I look forward to helping Carbon Health continue to build and execute at such a pivotal time for the company and for healthcare.”
