This isn’t the first time Jack Link’s has entered the esports industry. In January 2021, the brand signed a multi-year deal with Fnatic, moreover, in October 2019 Jack Link’s inked a multi-year partnership with North American organisation Envy Gaming.
Michael Rakic, Vice President and General Manager of Jack Link’s Canada, also commented: “We at Jack Link’s Canada are thrilled to be partnering with the Toronto Ultra. We look forward to building unique and engaging programming for the gaming community, and we are especially excited to bring our Jerky Day tournament to gamers and jerky lovers across Canada.”
Esports Insider says: Having already entered the North American market with Envy Gaming, Jack Link’s expanding its foothold in the industry by partnering with Toronto Ultra is a smart decision as the brand looks to increase its presence throughout North America.
