Southeast Asian esports organisation EVOS Esports has welcomed Yamaha’s motorcycle line Generation 125 as its official sponsor.
According to the release, the goal of the collaboration is to support the development of the Indonesian esports industry. Further details of the deal have yet to be disclosed.

Takeyama Hiroshi, Deputy Director of Marketing of PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing, spoke on the partnership in a release: “The high enthusiasm of the younger generation for the esports industry is the motivating factor for Generation 125 in collaborating with EVOS Esport and in supporting the achievements of Indonesia’s youth.
“Yamaha’s Generation 125 product has now become the choice of the younger generation as a companion in their daily routine. This collaboration is expected to further increase the enthusiasm and optimism of Indonesia’s gamers to continue advancing and moving forward. Generation 125 is Yamaha’s line of automatic motorcycles, such as FreeGo, Fino, X-Ride and Mio series, as well as the company’s latest GEAR 125 product.

Hartman Harris, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of EVOS Esports also commented: “We are excited to partner with Yamaha as they enter the esports industry for the first time in Southeast Asia.
