The following directors were elected: Strauss Zelnick, Chairman; Michael Dornemann; Roland Hernandez; J Moses; Michael Sheresky; LaVerne Srinivasan; Susan Tolson; Paul Viera. In addition, the Company’s stockholders: Approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s “named executive
