Dubai-based organisation Galaxy Racer has appointed Romeo Misao as its Head of Marketing for India and South Asia.
According to the release, Misao will lead the regional marketing initiatives for both Galaxy Racer and Nigma Galaxy, the organisation’s esports division.

Prior to joining Galaxy Racer, Misao was the Esports Project Manager for Singaporean developer Garena. As the organisation’s first esports hire, he led and executed esports initiatives for its mobile Battle Royale game Free Fire in India and Bangladesh.
Moreover, as BenQ-Zowie’s Marketing and Communications Lead he contributed to the growth of the brand in the major display product line with a Top 3 ranking in India.

Misao is expected to lead the organisation’s respective local marketing managers, with a focus on the company’s expansion plans across India and South Asia.
Over the last year, Galaxy Racer has announced multiple new hires appointing Zoey Ng as its SEO Regional Marketing Manager and Danny Lopez as its Chief Content Officer. The organisation has also secured deals with LaLiga, Waverider and Techxhub.
