Additionally, the partnership will provide the Carolina Esports Hub’s high school clients with esports-related curriculum opportunities.

Rick Suarez, Managing Director of Carolina Esports Hub, spoke on the announcement: “Our mission has always been to provide a clear pathway of opportunity for students that are passionate about esports. That pathway can lead to college, to the workforce or both. Our partnership with EDGE really helps move those initiatives forward.

“We have a great relationship with the team at EDGE and are excited about how impactful their offering will be for students on our platform. We are thankful for the opportunity to work side by side with a group so passionate and talented with similar objectives that align well with the Carolina Esports Hub.”

Founded at the end of 2019, EDGE Consulting focuses on assisting academic institutions with implementing competitive esports programmes. The company’s goal is to ‘grow and develop the esports industry through high-quality consultation, deliverables and experience-driven expertise’.
