According to the release, the addition of Lepore seeks to strengthen Complexity’s portfolio of talent and expand its fandom to new audiences. In September 2021, the organisation added streamer Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar as a brand partner and part-owner.
Lepore commented on the announcement: “Joining Complexity and GameSquare unlocks new opportunities for me to push the limits of what’s possible in content creation and build a deeper connection to my audience.
“I’m looking forward to working with TimTheTatman and Complexity’s diverse roster of talent in an environment that encourages creativity and supports professional development.”
Lepore will make his debut as an official Complexity creator at TimTheTatman’s Tailgate event, set to take place from July 16th – 17th in Frisco, Texas.
Justin Kenna, CEO of GameSquare, commented: “Cloakzy is revered in the gaming and esports space for his creativity and energy, and we’re looking forward to bringing his passion to Complexity and GameSquare.
“This partnership is deeply strengthened by GameSquare’s resources and global network, paving the way for Cloakzy to grow his brand while also reinforcing Complexity as a dominant force in content.”

Over the last 12 months, Complexity Gaming has significantly bolstered its departments and operations. This includes hiring Olly Emery and Christina Grushkin as its Head of Marketing and Head of Sales, respectively. Moreover, the organisation launched Complexity Stars, a gaming division for professional athletes and celebrities.
Jason Lake, Founder and CEO of Complexity Gaming and Global Head of Esports at GameSquare, also spoke on the announcement: “Cloakzy is a unique and talented gaming personality – he is one of a small handful of streamers with a tenured competitive background and the charisma to reach millions with his engaging content.
“The addition of Cloakzy to our team not only expands Complexity’s global reach and influence but also grows our content offering for Complexity fans.”
Esports Insider says: After leaving FaZe Clan one year ago, Cloakzy finds a new home with Complexity Gaming. With his impressive 2.8m follower base on Twitch, he will be undoubtedly a great addition to Complexity’s roster of talent, especially as the organisation looks to expand its audiences.
