Esports media agency Gaming Community Network (GCN) has appointed Jenn Wong, formerly of Caesars Entertainment, as its new Vice President of Strategy and Brand Activations.
In the role, Wong will oversee GCN’s expansion of its services to assist brands when connecting with the ‘next generation of consumers’.

Wong joins GCN after four years at Las Vegas-based hospitality and casino company Caesars Entertainment. During her tenure, she coordinated partnership and engagement strategies in addition to collaborating with the likes of LG Electronics and Panasonic.
According to a release, GCN will develop its current verticals in addition to expanding its network into new industries that include casino gaming. In the past 12 months, the agency has joined forces with management and sports agency Roc Nation Sports to create gaming solutions for athletes.
Drew Brunson, Chief Strategy Officer at Gaming Community Network, spoke on the appointment: “Jenn has a history using emerging technology to inspire innovation, and that will help GCN expand the ways we can create bespoke, engaging content with our partners.
“We’re looking forward to leaning on Jenn’s experience to open new doors for our network of partners and help us better connect with young consumers online.”

GCN’s parent company, GameSquare Esports, continues to collaborate and expand into a number of sectors. In February 2022, the company opened a content-focused studio called Fourth Frame Studios, which is led by a former FaZe Clan Vice President. Moreover, the company recently appointed Lauren Baines as its new Head of European Sales.
