Hedge-fund billionaire Paul Tudor Jones joined Nasdaq CEO Adena Friedman and Vista Equity Partners CEO Robert Smith in a virtual conversation with CNBC’s Andrew Ross Sorkin Wednesday evening to discuss the economic recovery and responsible investing.

Jones, a former cotton trader, rose to fame decades ago for predicting, and profiting from, the 1987 stock-market crash known as “Black Monday.”

He is also chairman of JUST Capital, a firm that collects data on, analyzes and ranks public U.S. companies based on metrics such as worker pay disparity, customer relations and environmental impact.

Goldman Sachs in 2018 launched the JUST U.S. Large Cap Equity ETF, a fund that tracks the equity performance of the companies ranked by JUST Capital. The fund is outperforming the S&P 500 year to date as well as over the last 12 months with a gain of 12.07% through Tuesday’s close.

Jones founded in 1988 the Robin Hood Foundation, a charity organization that seeks to ease problems caused by poverty in New York City.
