ReKTGlobal announced today that it has expanded its partnership with educational foundation Find Your Grind, which will now sponsor its Rogue and London Royal Ravens team brands.
Find Your Grind and ReKTGlobal first partnered in 2018 to launch the Junior Rogue program, mentoring young Fortnite fans with an interest in streaming and/or a career in esports.

Find Your Grind is a foundation and platform that puts a focus on entrepreneurial activities, including helping kids discover potential career paths in emerging industries. The organisation also helps write curriculum and holds live events.
Dave Bialek, CEO of ReKTGlobal, commented in a release: “The Royal Ravens and Team Rogue have some of the most passionate fans and most celebrated pros in esports. The team sponsorships are a natural extension of the relationship between FYG and ReKTGlobal, and will increase the impact and exposure of FYG’s great work in the gaming community and beyond.”
Find Your Grind branding will appear on the jerseys of the London Royal Ravens as the team competes in next month’s Call of Duty League Championship. All of Rogue’s competitive teams, including League of Legends, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, and Apex Legends, will also wear the Find Your Grind logo on their jerseys.

Additionally, Rogue and Royal Ravens players will serve as mentors in Find Your Grind’s various programs and materials, and work with the foundation to develop esports-centric content.
Nick Gross, Founder of Find Your Grind, added: “For Find Your Grind, the Royal Ravens and Rogue sponsorships are about more than logos on jerseys and social media pages. It’s about connecting, inspiring, and educating youth on esports career possibilities.
“We’re looking forward to adding more esports athletes and business pros as FYG mentors in our program, who can help legitimise gaming as a career path in the eyes of students and their parents. We also plan to produce content with the teams to work better with students who want to be involved in gaming.”
Esports Insider says: This is a logical next step in the partnership between ReKTGlobal and Find Your Grind, which has already done a lot to help foster interest in esports careers amongst young fans. This should now add a bit more visibility for Find Your Grind via jersey branding and other activations.
