Esports organisation OG has announced a new partnership with DMScript, a startup that develops gaming services based around decentralised blockchain technology.
DMScript’s products include DMPlay, a service that lets players stream their games to nearly any device with a screen, and network optimisation service DMFast.

Xavier Oswald, Co-owner and Chief Revenue Officer of OG Esports, commented in a release: “OG is thrilled to partner with such a promising, talented young company; DMFast and DMPlay are complete game-changers. We can’t wait to show the esports community how OG will benefit from DMScript’s groundbreaking solutions.”
This is OG’s second partnership with a blockchain-driven company. OG is also linked up with Chiliz and its Socios.com platform, which offers an OG Fan Token. Fans can purchase the digital tokens to gain access to special features, including voting on team decisions and access to exclusive promotions.

The OG Fan Token launched in March. Last month, Team Heretics became the second esports team to launch a Socios.com token. OG, which currently fields teams in Dota 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, intends to push further into tech partnerships in the future.
“Our partnership with DMScript is only the beginning for OG as we are very ambitious,” Oswald added. “Next year, you will see OG dive deeper into tech solutions and partnerships.”
Esports Insider says: Technology partners are a good fit for esports teams, and OG seems pretty forward-thinking when it comes to picking allies. DMScript has yet to really show off its products, but OG must see something it likes.
