Throughout his career, Winters has completed transactions in excess of $1.5 billion in value totalling 6 million square feet, and has advised hundreds of iconic technology companies, like Box, AOL, and WhatsApp. Together the team will expand the high-touch, high-tech model, that has proven successful in San Francisco and Los Angeles regional offices.

The company has also hired Eve Rossmere, as Senior Project Manager, to expand Raise’s project management team. Eve has an extensive track record managing landlord and tenant improvement projects, including renowned workplace environments, like Lyft and Square. Lastly, the company is welcoming Uday Nandam, as Product Management Lead, formerly at industry software giants like Intuit, IBM, and Hewlett Packard, to manage the full product life cycle on the development of client facing tools supporting workplace search, portfolio management, and workplace strategy.
