Gaming-arena developer Belong, a subsidiary of Vindex, has announced multiple new hires as the company continues to expand its management team.

Kramer has been revealed as Belong Gaming Arenas’ Head of Product and will be responsible for leading ‘all product elements’ of the firm’s proposition. Kramer was previously the Head of Digital Product for Activision Blizzard Esports, whilst also leading the publisher’s product and competition for the Call of Duty League.
According to the press release, Arizmendi-Kalb, Belong’s new Chief Operating Officer, has over 30 years of experience in multi-unit retail operations and consumer packaged goods.
His resume includes an 18-year tenure with Starbucks, which included roles as U.S. Regional Vice President and VP & General Manager Latin America, along with stints at The Coca-Cola Company and Nestle USA.
The two other appointments see Rich-Ray hired as Belong’s Vice President of Human Resources, meanwhile, Rossi will be in charge of all financial and accounting operations as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Both Rich-Ray and Rossi join Belong with over 15 years of experience in their respective fields. Rich-Ray has held HR roles for the likes of HBO and fashion company Burberry. Moreover, Rossi was previously the CFO of ABS Sports Acquisition and real-estate firm Xome.
On all of the firm’s new appointments, Belong CEO Martyn Gibbs commented: “I am thrilled to have this unrivalled group of leaders joining the Belong management team.
“We are looking forward to the rapid launch and expansion of Belong in the US and our industry-leading team will lead in the execution of providing digital and physically safe, inclusive community spaces for casual and competitive gamers.”
Esports Insider says: Belong continues to bolster its management team with the announcement of four new appointments. Following on from Vindex’s purchase of the firm last year, Belong’s expansion into the US has been the main priority and these appointments, alongside the hiring of Wim Stocks in December, will undoubtedly help achieve that goal successfully.
