Friday, September 11th, the Miss America Organization will hold its inaugural Miss America 9/11 Military Tribute Concert

In honor of Miss America’s 95th anniversary celebration, the Miss America Organization is pleased to announce the newest addition to its exciting line-up of events scheduled during the 2016 Miss America Competition in Atlantic City.

On Friday, September 11th, the Miss America Organization will hold its inaugural Miss America 9/11 Military Tribute Concert to honor the brave men and women who have given and risked their lives for this great country of ours. The 9/11 Military Tribute Concert — presented by Meet AC — will highlight some of the greatest patriotic talents to ever grace the Miss America stage.

Miss America 2015 Kira Kazantsev will be joined by Miss America 1971 Phyllis George to emcee the star-spangled line up. The cast will include former Miss Americas and former state titleholders as well as a few special appearances. This is one event you do not want to miss.

The 9/11 Military Tribute Concert will be held at the Celebrity Theatre in The Claridge Hotel on Friday, September 11th, with a luncheon beginning at 12 noon ET with the curtain call at 1 pm ET. Tickets are limited to 500 seats only and seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The ticket price of $75 includes the luncheon and the performance. All proceeds will benefit The Miss America Foundation, Inc., a separate 501(c)3 non-profit organization that advocates for women’s education and provides scholarship assistance for women across the country.

Additional details will be available next month.
