Last week, the 2017 Miss America contestants spent some time getting to know Atlantic City and continuing the mission of Miss America Serves.
The contestants volunteered at the Atlantic City Rescue Mission to work the prep and service lines in the kitchen and stock the food pantry with the help and support of six area schools.The Atlantic City Rescue Mission has been serving the state of New Jersey since 1964, providing hot food and shelter to New Jersey residents, in addition to offering a growing array of programs. The Miss America Organization is thrilled to continue to work together.
