Congrats to Sundance Head, the winner of NBC’s popular tv show “The Voice” for Season 11. Blake Shelton might have noticed his voice when he turned around and selected him for his team, but one of the first things you’ll notice when you speak with Sundance Head is his incredible humbleness.
Sundance makes it Blake Shelton’s fifth win as coach on “The Voice”. I was curious if Blake is just a great coach (which he is), or if he just happens to coach the person who sells the most across the country. If you were watching iTunes sales, Sundance was No.1 on the charts for several days. ITunes purchases count as votes for the winner of “The Voice”.
During the Season 11 finale he sang with his idol group KISS in a duet of “Rock and Roll All Nite” and “Detroit Rock City” and an original version of Etta James “At Last”.
The night before on the finale of The Voice he performed his original song “Darlin’ Don’t Go” inspired by the love of his life…and yes the song got him out of the doghouse. The song for his duet with Blake Shelton was “Treat Her Right” by his dad Roy Head which topped Billboard’s chart in 1965. Sundance rocked out, a video of Sundance’s father danced in the background, and Blake seemed to have enjoyed himself most of all.
Sundance’s beard looks like he was in the show “Duck Dynasty” but with a stylist’s touch. He has even allowed it to be braided.
